Main areas of activity
Hello, my name is Yana.
I am a mental health specialist for companies, and in more detail a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and coach.
I love structural and relatively short-term therapies that give a stable result, such as CBT, regimen therapy, problem-solving therapy.
As a clinical psychologist, I rely on diagnostic criteria, questionnaires and tests, which together with interviews provide an opportunity to draw up a comprehensive picture of the difficulties experienced by the client and, on the basis of clinical transmissions, to develop and propose an effective therapy plan.
CBT is a proven method in the treatment of depression, anxiety and panic disorders, phobias, OCD. It also helps with work demands: developing skills, including non-violent communication, anger regulation, assertiveness, resilience, overcoming procrastination, perfectionism, building war-life balance.
Trauma-focused CBT helps overcome trauma, loss, and post-traumatic disorder.
Scheme-therapy helps to identify the causes of problems rooted in childhood, to cope with complex emotional states, personality disorders.
Problem-oriented therapy is a method that helps fight depression, improve mood, and advise on life's challenges.
I am certified as a coach by the ACS ICF and work according to the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation.
The language of the sessions is at the request of the client. Ukrainian, Russian (fluent), English (advanced level).
