Main areas of activity
Hello, my name is Tatyana Pupinina. I am a consultant psychologist, a crisis psychologist. I have experience in consulting since 2009. Counseling languages are Ukrainian and Russian.
Since 2015, I have been working with veterans of ATO and the Russian-Ukrainian war, their family members and people who have forcibly changed their place of residence. I cooperate with the NGO “Barvinok” (an organization that unites people with mental disorders, in particular BAR). I regularly undergo interviews and supervisions.
I work in a cognitive-behavioral approach, using the techniques of schema therapy and mindfulness. With this approach, a person learns to be a therapist himself, that is, he masters techniques, techniques that will help to feel better and more effectively solve life's challenges without the help of a therapist in the future.
My life and professional credo: “Simple solutions can be effective. It is worth finding them and following them.” I am happy to help my clients find such solutions.
