Main areas of activity
Hello,my name is Elena Kun, specialist in functionally integrative nutrition, psychologist.
I advise in Ukrainian and Russian.
Lose weight from 220 to 130, from 120 to 60 kg or smoothly switch to a healthy diet and at the same time not deny yourself small pleasures - these are the most frequent stories that I have been doing for more than 12 years.
Poor sleep, skin condition, snoring, problems with libido, heaviness in the stomach, constant bloating, hair loss, constant lack of energy, emotional overstrain, worries about your health - this is another part of the problems that hide behind at least 5 extra pounds.
People want to go on holidays, they want to eat sushi with cakes, at the same time they want to learn how to eat healthy and dress as they like. My task is to help in this, but to be useful and with pleasure.
The relationship with food is not only overweight and health, but also a considerable psychological moment.
Therefore, in my practice I use an integrated approach.
Starting from making a food plan for each day, help in changing habits and ending with psychological counseling
I do not work with dietary supplements as I believe that many health problems can be solved by selecting the right foods, portions and their ratio and, of course, changing lifestyle.
My smallest client is 4 years old, the oldest is 63. I work with families and families.
I help solve the following main problems:
- Excess weight
- Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract
- Power adjustment
- Changing habits or lifestyle — improving the quality of life.
